Our aim is to make your party planning easy and stress free, so you can focus on your big event. So put your feet up and enjoy the planning and let us just do all the work. Here's a few of your questions answered, just to show you how easy it can be.
How do I pay for stuff?
To make shopping easy for you we accept Visa, MasterCard & Direct Bank Credit.Please note that we do not accept cheques.
Your order will be processed within 24 hours of your order being received. We only debit your account when your goods are despatched to you (we don't think it's right to have our money sitting in someone else's bank for no reason, so we won't do that to you).
If you select the direct credit option, we will e-mail you our banking details when we confirm your order.
All credit card details which are given via our secure payment server are deleted once payment has been taken when your order is despatched.
How quickly can I receive my order?
Orders received on -line ( the quickest way) are usually despatched the next working day after they are received. Delivery in Auckland is usually next working day . North Island is approximately 2-3 working days. South Island is approximately 3-4 working days . Rural Delivery can take 3-5 working days. We do everything we can to despatch quickly but we would strongly recommend ordering early so that you have your party stuff all sorted in advance of your party .
Can I collect my order?
As our store is only on-line, we do not have a pick up facility. All orders are shipped direct to you from our warehouse.
Are your prices all inclusive?
The prices of all our products are shown in NZ Dollars are inclusive of GST (Goods & Service Tax at 12.5%).
Delivery is the only addition to the price you see .
On occasion, we may have to change advertised prices. These changes will not affect any orders submitted before price changes are made.
What about delivery prices ?
We keep our delivery rates as cheap and as simple as we can (because that's what we like when we go shopping).
When you get to our checkout you can choose from one of our options.
For our Overseas customers we will find the best rate that we can to suit your parcel size and the delivery time that you need. If you are not in New Zealand choose this option and we will contact you by e-mail.
